MOQ varies by product type and customization level. Standard items in stock colors typically start from 100 pieces. Fully custom designs may require 300-500 pieces minimum. Contact us with your specific requirements.
Standard sampling takes 2-3 weeks after design confirmation. Complex geometries or custom colors may require 3-4 weeks. Rush sampling is available for an additional fee.
We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), PDF technical drawings, and high-resolution JPG/PNG images. For best results, provide 3D CAD files (STEP/IGES) along with 2D drawings specifying critical dimensions and tolerances.
Yes. We regularly sign NDAs with clients to protect design confidentiality. Your files and designs are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. For established clients, we can discuss alternative terms. We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal.
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Typical delivery is 5-7 business days for express shipping.

What is Zirconia Ceramic?
Zirconia ceramic (ZrO₂) is an advanced technical ceramic known for its exceptional strength, hardness, and biocompatibility. In jewelry applications, yttria-stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP) provides the optimal balance of toughness and aesthetic qualities.
Ceramic vs. Metal Jewelry
Zirconia ceramic offers advantages over traditional metals: it is lighter, more scratch-resistant, hypoallergenic, and maintains its color permanently. However, it cannot be resized and is more brittle under sharp impact.
Color Permanence
Unlike plated or coated jewelry, zirconia ceramic's color is integral to the material — achieved through metal oxide additives during powder preparation. This means the color will not fade, chip, or wear off over time.
