OUR PROCESS
Manufacturing Process
Powder Preparation
High-purity zirconia (ZrO₂) powder is blended with stabilizers (Y₂O₃) and coloring agents to achieve target material properties.
Forming
Powder is pressed into molds using CNC-machined tooling, or injected via CIM (Ceramic Injection Molding) for complex geometries.
Sintering
Green bodies are sintered at 1400-1500°C in controlled atmosphere furnaces, achieving near-full density and final dimensions.
CNC Finishing
Sintered pieces are CNC-machined to final tolerances, drilled, engraved, or shaped as required by design specifications.
Polishing & QC
Multi-stage polishing achieves the specified surface finish. Each piece undergoes dimensional and visual inspection.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inspection Standards
Every production batch undergoes multi-stage quality inspection to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
